The ultimate aim being that one of our Registered Building Inspectors is able to issue the Final Certificate to confirm compliance with Building Regulations. This process protects occupants, employees, and the public while ensuring the project is safe, legal, and efficient.

A Registered Building Inspector ensures compliance by reviewing project plans to verify they meet Building Regulations. Registered Building Inspectors will conduct necessary site inspections to ensure the construction aligns with approved plans and regulations. If issues arise, they will work with the project team to resolve them promptly. At the end of the project, we issue a Final Certificate to confirm that all regulatory standards have been met, avoiding legal or safety concerns.
