How It Works

Initial Notice
Once appointed, we will submit an Initial Notice to your Local Authority, informing them that we will act as the Building Control provider for your project.

Plan Checks
Our team will review your plans and provide a detailed schedule outlining any areas that may not meet Building Regulations and require early attention.

Site Inspections
Throughout construction, we will conduct key inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and regulatory requirements. Typical stages include: • Foundation excavation • Damp proof course installation • Drainage work

Completion Inspection
Once the work is complete, we will perform a final inspection. If all requirements are met (including necessary declarations from dutyholders), we’ll issue a Completion Certificate. This serves as statutory evidence of your project’s compliance and completion.
