We wanted to convert our detached garage into a usable space and got a few estimates from builders which were very high and only estimates due to high material prices. So we decided to do it ourselves but wanted it to pass all relevant building regulations in case we wanted to sell the house further down the line. It was very daunting and didn’t know where to start. We were put on to Paul from enevo by a bricklayer. Paul came out a few days later and gave us some really good advice, told us what to do and which points to give them a call for an inspection and a cost for them to inspect the works which was very reasonable. 6 months later job is complete with certificate and I have to say enevo made the whole process so easy and stress free. They respond within a few hours up to 24 hours via email. Inspect works within a few days. I can’t recommend them enough especially after some hearing horror stories of the councils building control department. Thanks to all at enevo!

I had a very good overall experience of using enevo as building control for an apartment renovation which included structural alterations. I thought the pricing was fair for the service provided and inspections at the key stages were relatively easy to arrange with appointments kept on time. I was unsure at the end of the process how to obtain final certification but a call to the office clarified that process and certification was subsequently issued shortly after I had submitted the required attestations at the end of the works. All in all, I would recommend enevo to anyone looking for an expedited Building Control service in this region.
